UNICOR

PJ Woodlands has executed an agreement with UNICOR, which is the trade name for Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (“UNICOR”), to manufacture Althin™ and FiberWood™ at its Federal Correction Institution prison facility in Three Rivers, Texas. UNICOR is a wholly-owned U.S. government corporation created by Congress in 1934. UNICOR’s mission is to protect society and reduce crime by providing inmates with job training and practical work skills for reentry success.

OA NEWTON AND SON COMPANY (“OA Newton”)

OA Newton, located in Bridgeville, Delaware, is an engineering firm specializing in the design and installation of specialized materials handling systems and blend plants around the world. The firm, established in 1914, works closely with customers to customize plants to their specifications. OA Newton has been a worldwide leader in delivering material handling systems for plastics processors and wood-composite lumber companies for the past thirty years.

North American Procurement Company Inc. (“NAPCO”)

NAPCO, of Woodville, Texas, is located 320 miles from FCI Three Rivers FiberWood™ plant and is owned by Lonnie Grissom, Jr. Mr. Grissom is also an equity owner of PJ Woodlands, making his first investment in December 2019. NAPCO will supply all of PJ Woodlands’ woody biomass raw material needs in the US and provide logistical support for all raw materials and finished goods.

CONSOLIDATED COMPANIES, INCORPORATED (“CONSOLCO”)

ConsolCo has had a long history in the wood products and building materials industry and will integrate FiberWood™ into its product offering. ConsolCo, a third-generation entity, was founded in New York City in 1946 by Howard Shirvan. ConsolCo initially established a “two-step” distribution business model solely servicing the retail lumber and building materials trade with wood moldings. It established its own manufacturing facility in Prineville, Oregon in 1953, successfully executing a true vertical integration operation in its market space, servicing hundreds of retail dealers with both stock and custom molding profiles. In addition, the molding offerings expanded to other mill work categories rounding out a diverse and complete product mix. ConsolCo now solely acts as a distributor for outside manufacturers.

ICMA SAN GIORGIO S.P.A.

ICMA is one of the preeminent wood plastic composite extruder manufacturing companies in the world. ICMA is a 50-year old, family-owned business located in Milan, Italy. Engineers and scientists at ICMA have been working closely with the PJ Woodlands team since 2014 when the first proof of concept tests to produce FiberWood™ sheathing were conducted.

HIGHWAY SUPPLY, LLC (“HIGHWAY SUPPLY”)

Highway Supply provides complete traffic control services in the State of New Mexico. Highway Supply opened in 1985 as a traffic control equipment sales business. In 1989, it acquired a traffic barricade business. Today, Highway Supply provides complete traffic control and barricading services for many public works, state highway, special events and private development projects in New Mexico including traffic control on major roadways for infrastructure work, roadway construction, repairs and maintenance. Highway Supply manufacturers traffic signs and will incorporate FiberWood™ into its sign products including construction zone signage.

NORTHERN ARIZONA UNIVERSITY, ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION INSTITUTE (“NAU ERI”)

In 2017, the US Forest Service introduced PJ Woodlands to NAU ERI. PJ Woodlands was interested in establishing a partnership with NAU ERI because of its mission to use objective science and implementation strategies to support ecological restoration and climate adaptation of Western forests. PJ Woodlands and NAU ERI began working together to identify research grant opportunities related to the development of Althin™ and FiberWood™ using waste wood from small diameter trees and other non-commercial timber.
